Restorative power of nature

Passively sitting in a park or an active walk or garden chores all present the opportunity for the brain to shift gears and “get away.” And experiencing the fascination of an unexpected butterfly, dragonfly or bird elicits involuntary attention. You focus unconsciously giving your brain a break and chance to recover from efforts of direct attention. (less screens more nature=feel good!)
